Although the government aims to fully implement face-to-face lessons in all public and private schools from November 2, 2022, some schools are still implementing full or blended online learning to better protect students against a possible increase in COVID-19 cases. Thus, smartphones are still a must in this year’s back-to-school shopping lists.

For students who prioritize good design, functionality, and affordability, WIKO’s T-Series offers the perfect back-to-school smartphones. The Marseille-based smartphone brand recently launched two new smartphones: the WIKO T10 and the WIKO T50. Both are big on features and style but affordable on the budget.

WIKO was founded in France in 2011. Since then, it has built a solid reputation thanks to the fusion of its French-chic design and the latest smartphone hardware. It dominated the Western European market and has since expanded to more than 30 territories around the world, including the United States, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Now the brand is available in the Philippines.

The WIKO T10 has 64 GB of storage, exceeding the Department of Education (DepEd) required storage size of 32 GB. Thanks to WIKO’s super file compression technology, the T10 has enough storage for store important files, videos and emails.

Students don’t have to worry about running out of power in the middle of class as the T10 packs a massive 5000mAh battery with smart power-saving technology. On a full charge, the smartphone supports 30 hours of calls and 20 hours of video viewing or 50 hours of audio.

The T10 features a 6.5″ Dewdrop display, larger than the recommended 6″ DepEd, providing online learners with an immersive experience for more focused learning. And with WIKO’s pioneering technology that minimizes the amount of harmful blue light emitted from the screen, it also protects students from eye strain.

Of course, no smartphone is complete without a camera, and the T10 comes with a 13 MP rear camera to capture photos that reveal the details. It runs on a MediaTek MT6761 processor and comes in two simple but sleepy colors: Emerald Green and Midnight Black.

The WIKO T50 offers an enhanced experience that won’t disappoint. It comes with features that exceed the DepEd’s specs, like 128GB of storage, enough space to store school files, and entertainment options so students can balance study and relaxation.

It packs a 4000mAh battery, so online learners can go all day without worrying about running out of power. Moreover, with the 40W fast charging function, the T50 can get 25% power in just 10 minutes. Equipped with a 6.6-inch edgeless display, the T50 is a great option for online browsing, Zoom calls, video presentations, and reading.

For students who need to create visually appealing presentations or submit photography projects, the T50 comes equipped with a 64MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and 2MP macro camera. Meanwhile, the front camera has 16MP with advanced AI beauty effects.

Powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 processor, the WIKO T50 comes in three stylish colors: Lively Pink, Aqua Green and Midnight Black.

The WIKO T series offers the best devices not only for multitasking at school, but also for balancing the demands and pleasures of life.

The WIKO T10 and T50 are available on Lazada and Shopee.
