HOW TO REGISTER
You can apply on the NPTEL website here.
HOW TO GET A CERTIFICATE
IIT Madras robotics paid online course is free but to get a certificate, learners have to sit for a proctored exam at one of the designated study centers.
The examination fee is Rs 1000 and the date is October 30, 2022 (morning session from 9am to 12pm and afternoon session from 2pm to 5pm).
The registration URL will be available on the NPTEL website when these registrations are open.
The official form has more details about the cities where the exam would take place.
A learner will only be eligible for a certificate if the average assignment grade >= 10/25 and the exam grade >= 30/75. If one of the 2 criteria is not met, the certificate will not be obtained even if the final mark >= 40/100.
The certificate will contain the name of the learner, his photo and the mark obtained in the final exam with the break. It will bear the logos of NPTEL and IIT Madras and will be verifiable online at nptel.ac.in/noc.
No paper copies will be sent; only the electronic certificate will be made available.
